Maritime Management won a competitive bid for the design and the building of a 110 sleeping room floating hotel on the Liffey River in the middle of Dublin’s financial district. The design also was nominated for the prestigious World Architecture Festival Awards in 2009 where it achieved 2nd place in its category.
